ARS offers secure, performant data storage and processing environments for a diverse range of research needs, including high-performance computing, inter-institutional collaborative research, and centralized data center services for large datasets.
High-Performance Computing (HPC)
Provides secure, high-performance data storage and compute environments for a diverse range of research needs. Currently, this includes the community Wynton HPC cluster, and the new HPC Core environment is projected to be available in the first half of 2025.
RAE
The Research Analysis Environment (RAE) provides secure data hosting and compute services for UCSF researchers and their collaborators.
